Seriously, what is it about Australia that just makes everyone cooler. I'm not sure what "geek" means over (down?) there but I'm pretty sure it's not in the Urkel kind of way we say it because this couple looks pretty hot to me.

I just had to share this amazing poster wedding invitation design by the Etsy seller Unless Someone Like You. I love everything about it. I think Captain McCool's beard would look good up there, no? He would be a fan of the wolf poster too. All of Leslie's designs seem pretty reasonable and they are so unique. Anyone use her work in your wedding??

Would You Wear This?

Nole at Oh So Beautiful Paper posted some photos from Project Runway winner Christian Siriano's new collection. The wedding gown is quite beautiful though beyond frilly but I'm not sure how I feel about the other watercolor-y dresses.

Are they a "hot mess" or would you consider rocking a Siriano dress?

I know I'm not even supposed to BE here but then I saw this dress and I knew you would love love love it. If I could afford it I would hide it away for that special day. And I have a weird things for birdcages too so that helps.

Valerie and her Week of Wonders

I just got finished watching Valerie and her Week of Wonders for the 2nd time. This time I watched the 1970 film with the sound turned down and the Valerie Project playing. A group of musicians (including the guys from Espers) recorded a new soundtrack for the movie last year as part of the The Project Series. Most of the music went really well with the story but there were some moments when I would have preferred the orginial. Anyway, go see Valerie and her Week of Wonders because even though it's really bizarre it is so beautiful. I am completely in love with her white bedroom and was inspired to create a party board for it.
