I know I have been in a bit of a blog slumber this week but I had to rise out of it for this. The 90s has been slowly inching its dirty head into fashion (and I couldn't be more thrilled since my heart never really left 1994) and who better to come onto the scene as a fashion icon but Ms. Barr and the rest of the cast from Roseanne, no?
