Our Sixties / Vintage / French New Wave / Engagment Session

Drum roll, please! I am SO beyond excited to finally show off our engagement photos by the stellar, amazing, sweet-as-candy Noa of Feather Love Photography. Noa is incredible and managed to capture exactly what we were looking for in engagement photos. We wanted a vintage/rock n' roll kind of vibe and I was floored with the results. Let the Right One In

I saw Let the Right One In over the weekend (I know I'm a little slow). I loved the film and the actors who play Eli and Oskar (can't believe they are really 12) but I especially love how everything looked. It reminded me of Hellen van Meene's photography.

Little Doe

I have been obsessed with feathers* for the past few months. Everything I make has to have a feather in it and I've even begun wearing feathers pinned in my hair when I go out. I'm not sure what this means about my mental state (do I wish I could fly away?). The fact that I am obsessed with the new Bat for Lashes album and must listen to Glass and Daniel 20 times a day does not help the situation. Neither does Little Doe (I don't know why but the link is not working)-

The Flash Dance

I have been meaning to tell you for some time now how rad The Flash Dance is. The Flash Dance is the ultra cool love child of Michael Antonia, Our Labor of Love and Max Wanger. When I first got the email from Michael and popped open to site only to see video of Mick and Bianca fighting off the paparazzi on their wedding day I knew it had to be love. Then today they offer me a mix tape? Now I know our love is real.
